Robert, a wonderful 28 year old man, was born very premature and as a result, suffered a major brain hemorrhage that left him severely disabled. His body doesn’t work correctly, basic things like speech and limb control, where lost by Robert. In this riveting video, Robert’s mother, Mary, talks about all of the issues that she faces taking care of her disabled son and how the government could make an incredible difference if they would open their eyes and realize the true problems being faced everyday.
