The best remedy I can possibly recommend for feeling overwhelmed is reading God’s Word.When feeling overwhelmed and stressed out instead of focusing on the problem put your focus on God. Trust in God and His promise that He will always be there for you.
And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify. | Psalm 50:15
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. | Philippians 4:6-7

Sometimes we just need to stop everything and work wiser. We need to stop working so hard and rely on the power of God.
